This is my series favorite, our final one, the one that I don't actually appear in, other than still photos and a video clip here and there. Tom needed to produce a summary of his experience for his internship and I thought it was important to show people considering this treatment that their decision has an impact far beyond the treatment and its medical results.

Makes me smile and tear up, every time I watch it.

This is the most basic video we shot during the series. Just after my second botox treatment. I was tired, felt a little sick, and there was no morning miracle this time, just better than I was before the treatment. So, all in all much more typical. Much more along the lines of what I was told to expect in the beginning. Which, I think, has value, as a reminder that not every day is a miracle day, but still part of the process.

As I write this, Botox treatment number 3 is just a few weeks away, as I mention in this video, I knew the time would fly by, but, I had no idea how fast.

This video confuses people at first but connects with them in the end. The missing connecting element here: the 1994 car accident I was a defining moment when the actual forward motion of my life stopped. I continued to do things, try things, but never committed to anything after that date. When I decided to give Botox a try in the spring of 2011 was the first time I committed to anything seriously since 1994. Of the six videos this is my runner up for series favorite.

"Tom the Intern" who shot and edited all these videos for me likes this video the best because, stylistically, it is better. To me, content wise, it is a lot like video number 2, and we were basically meeting his internship requirement to post a video every week. Not a bad video, but not my favorite of the lot.

This video is more straight forward. Still rough but we were finding our groove. Producer friends definitely had notes on shot choices and edits but the content theme started to gel here.

This is the first in a series of six videos shot over the summer. We were going for a "Blair Witch Project" feel with it. Easy to tell it was the first day, when we were trying to be overly creative with the shots instead of just telling the story.
